尖晶石简介：
电熔镁铝尖晶石是以纯度≥98.5%的工业氧化铝和纯度≥96%的轻烧氧化镁并配入适量的高纯菱镁矿（MgO>47%）等做配合料，在电弧炉内经高温制合而成的。
尖晶石特点：
电熔镁铝尖晶石具有耐高温、体密大、吸水率低、热膨胀系数小、热稳定性好、抗侵蚀能力强的特点。

尖晶石是制造铸滑板、水口砖、钢包衬砖和平炉炉砖的理想材料，也是大型水泥窑、中型水泥窑过渡带衬砖、耐火浇注料及高中窑具用的基本原料。广泛应用于钢铁冶炼、水泥回转窑、玻璃工业窑炉上、电炉顶、钢包，以及冶金行业等。

1、具有良好的抗侵蚀能力、抗磨蚀能力，热震稳定性好。其最主要的用途：一是代替镁铬砂制造镁铝尖晶石砖用于水泥回转窑，不但避免了铬公害，而且具有良好的抗剥落性；
2、是用于制作钢包浇注料，大大提高钢板衬的抗侵蚀能力。使其广泛应用于炼钢用耐火材料。优质预合成尖晶石的制取为不定形及定形高纯耐火材料的生产提供了新的原料。
尖晶石包装袋采用25公斤双层编织袋包装，加内层塑料袋，也可用吨袋包装。运输时需防止包装破损，以免漏失或混入杂物，不宜与其他材料一起堆放。
